With over eleven years working on-line with BT, currently working for BT Global Services, with extensive experience developing a wide variety of both B2B and B2C websites and on-line communities. I now specialise in search engine marketing and optimisation together with utilising Web 2.0 technologies in a B2B environment.
Elected as a councillor in the London Borough of Lambeth in 2006, I have been developing strategies for communicating with the electorate on-line, this combination of roles gives me first hand experience in how both politicians and businesses can both benefit and be damaged in an on-line age.
